Hi there! My name is Erin Hanscom and I am so happy to introduce myself as the baker and cookie decorator here at Kneads More Sugar. I have always loved getting creative and after I came across decorative sugar cookies I knew this was the perfect job for me. I am a proud wife and busy mom of two incredible kids who are often trying to steal cookies as I'm working on them! When I'm not baking you'll catch me hanging outdoors with my family or listening to an audiobook!
